Reading and Spelling -Week of January 23-27

This week we are reading the stories “I’m a Caterpillar” and “My Computer.” Please practice our word wall words and spelling words at home with your child this week.

Our skills this week are -er, -ir, -ur sound, contractions, and using am, is, was, and were correctly.

There are two animal games that deal with life cycles on my blogroll that your child may enjoy playing for practice at home, as well as the contraction games that I have referred to earlier this year.
